Schnitzer & Company was started by Stefan Schnitzer in 2012. The services we offer are Project- and Change management for development of business Strategy, Structure, Way of Working and Systems with an emphasis on cost management in companies within the construction market.

The experiences we bring to the table are:

Strategy development

  • Line management as CFO of controlling, reporting and risk function with more than 10 reports
  • Project management of business divestments in Sweden and Norway incl. DD preparation and IM design
  • Global change management focusing on lower balance sheet risk exposure from retirement plans in a number of countries in a global construction services company

Structure development

  • Change management of 5 subsidiaries journey from individual management systems to one common
  • Project management of an office wind-down in Sweden incl. union relations
  • Project management of the centralization of three Swedish finance offices into one controlling and reporting function

Way-of-Working Development

  • Development and implementation of integrated management system for vision-strategy, business plan, budget and scorecards 
  • Implementation of procedures to stimulate continous improvement within a finance function

System development

  • Change management for 5 US subsidiaries journey form separate ERP systems to one incl. user manuals
  • Requirement gathering for one Contract management system and one recruiting system
  • Project management of the implementation of IAS39 and subproject management for implementation of IAS19
